DANISH PANCAKES (ÆBLESKIVERS)

Spherical Danish pancakes made in a traditional Æbleskivers cast-iron pan. Crisp outside with a light and fluffy inside. Topped with signature maple sage brown butter (GF) and sprinkled with powdered sugar. $2 each.

Danish Hotdog (Rød Pøls)

As seen on the Copenhagen episode of The Bear! Traditional Danish red hotdog made from USDA-certified butcher, Viking Delight™, on a soft Breadsmith® bun. Topped with signature remoulade, bread and butter pickles, pickled red onions, mustard, and fried onions.

Danish Meatball Sliders (Frikadeller)

Two sliders. Pan-seared Danish meatballs in brown butter and onion gravy on a Breadsmith® rye slider bun. Topped with pickled slaw and dill yogurt sauce.

Hibiscus Limeade

Hibiscus infused tea with fresh squeezed lime juice. Simple syrup. Lime zest.

Catfish Basket (GF)

Seasoned cornmeal fried catfish nuggets and signature tartar sauce. Served with side of fries and pickled slaw.

Frikadeller (Danish Meatball) Basket

Pan-seared bison meatballs in brown butter and onion gravy. Served with side of fries and pickled slaw.

BOATS

Catfish Boat

Refried beans and ducky rice. Topped with seasoned cornmeal fried catfish nuggets. Side of pickled slaw. Served with one Æbleskiver.

Frikadeller (Danish Meatball) Boat

Refried beans and ducky rice. Topped with pan-seared bison meatballs in brown butter and onion gravy. Side of pickled slaw. Served with one Æbleskiver.

SIDES

Ducky Rice (GF)

Duck stock infused jasmine rice. Fried with onions, garlic, and duck pâté. Garnished with green onion and parsley.

Refried Beans (GF)

Slow cooked black beans with avocado leaves, onion, garlic, and chilis. Refried in duck fat.

Pickled Slaw (GF, V)

Shaved cabbage and red onion. Pickled in red wine vinegar.

Duck Fat Fries (GF, V)

Crispy, golden potatoes, fried in duck fat. Served hot and seasoned with herbs and sea salt.
