The Duck & Cat food truck is chef-owned and operated, serving a seasonal smörgåsbord of street food with Danish influences. Accepting catering bookings for events and open for small menu pop-ups in Vermillion, South Dakota and the surrounding area.

ABOUT OUR NAME
The Duck & Cat pays homage to Owner and Chef Dana Christensen's late father, John, (aka "The Duck") and his brother, Anders, who loved to fish for catfish (hence: "Cat"). The name nods to nostalgia: family fishing trips, homecooked Danish dishes, and the feeling of familiarity. It's also about a fresh start – with the memory of the Duck and the Cat along for every ride in the food truck.
